STANDUP
AMOK! KIDS! stand up program encompass empty hands strikes, kicks and self defense skills.
These individual skills such as jabs, crosses, elbow strikes, knee strikes and kicks are
combined into combinations for sparring and to build sparring drills.
The KIDS! Program makes use of the AMOK! Four Themes reference points to create an understanding of
distancing and positioning in relation to their training partner, while applying empty hand
skills. Spatial perception, positioning and timing are greatly improved with the skills applied
during training.
